Storyline
The series "Lost Innocence" is a 2002 Iranian TV production directed by Davood Mirbagheri. It tells a compelling story set around the events of Ashura in the year 61 AH (Islamic calendar). Shozab, a follower of Imam Ali (a.s), is caught in a conflict between reason, love, and his beliefs. The series stars Amin Tarokh, Fariba Kowsari, Sara Khoiniha, Davood Rashidi and Akbar Abdi. Amin Tarokh won the Best Actor in a Drama Series award at the Hafez Festival for his portrayal of Shozab.
