Apopis is hanged and Inaros returns to his former position. Zuleikha, heartbroken and devastated by her separation from Yuzarsif falls into despair. Meanwhile Amenhotep’s illness worsens, leaving little hope for his survival….

Amenhotep holds a meeting for the temple priests to interpret his dream. Yuzarsif is appointed as Amenhotep's chief advisor. The body of the chief dream interpreter is found in the Nile and Malek begins searching for Yuzarsif….

Ankh Mahu complains about Yuzarsif to Akhenaten. The priests, needing grain go to Yuzarsif’s silos and buy it.Zuleikha is blind and searches for Yuzarsif everywhere. Her servants, Tama and Tiameni, come back to help her. She refuses to give up on finding him….

The supporters of the temple gather at the Temple of Amun and oppose Yuzarsif. Akhenaten sends his army to capture the temple and arrest the priests. There is also a drought in Canaan, and Jacob asks his sons to find wheat...
