Princess of Rome

The Princess of Rome is a romantic and historical animation produced in 2015 in Iran. The animation depicts the life of Lady Narjes(Melika), the mother of Imam Mahdi (The Twelfth Imam of Shia Muslims). The story is set in the 9th century AD within the Eastern Roman Empire. It beautifully portrays a tale of love, faith and the struggle against destiny.
